Every holiday season, R&G Dillon Cares brings the magic of Christmas to hundreds of local children and families through our Annual Very Merry Christmas event. Each year, we proudly “adopt” more than 300 children — and that number continues to grow. With the help of our incredible community, generous donors, sponsors, volunteers, and Dillon’s guests, we work together to make sure children who may otherwise go without are surrounded by the joy, excitement, and love of the holiday season. From Christmas gifts chosen especially for each child to an unforgettable evening filled with holiday cheer, a family feast, activities, and special memories, Very Merry Christmas is about so much more than presents — it’s about letting our local families know that their community cares.
As our Very Merry Christmas family continues to grow, so does the need for support. Morristown Stockshow
The Morristown Stockshow is back for its second year and continues to grow! Created to give local and area youth a welcoming place to showcase their hard work, dedication, and love for agriculture, our Stockshow offers opportunities for young exhibitors to show both small and large livestock while building confidence, responsibility, sportsmanship, and lasting memories. Whether they are stepping into the show ring for the first time or continuing years of experience, every young exhibitor has a place at the Morristown Stockshow. We are also proud to offer sponsorship opportunities for businesses, organizations, and community members who want to help us continue growing this special event and supporting the next generation of agriculture. Lil' Deputies/ AZ Little Miss
Our Lil’ Deputies Market is all about celebrating the youngest, boldest entrepreneurs in our community! Held four times each year — Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer — these special markets give kids the opportunity to turn their creativity, talents, and big ideas into something they can proudly share with others. From handmade products and artwork to creative services and one-of-a-kind ideas, our Lil’ Deputies get the chance to step into the boots of a real entrepreneur.
Each young vendor is encouraged to plan, create, set up, showcase, and sell their own products or services, giving them valuable hands-on experience in responsibility, communication, customer service, money management, and small-business basics. More importantly, the Lil’ Deputies Market helps build confidence, independence, and pride in their hard work while creating a fun and supportive environment where kids can learn by doing.
Through R&G Dillon Cares 501(c)(3) and Western Trails Ranch, we are proud to create opportunities that invest in the next generation and give local youth a place to dream big. (Dillon’s BBQ |) We invite our community to come out, shop small, cheer on these incredible young entrepreneurs, and show our Lil’ Deputies that their hard work matters. Big ideas can come from little boots — and we can’t wait to see what they create next!
Our Lil’ Miss Pageants are all about helping kids shine, build confidence, make new friends, and have fun being exactly who they are. Held four times each year — Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer — these pageants create a welcoming environment for both first-time contestants and kids who already love the pageant experience. Arizona’s Little Miss is a natural, community service-oriented pageant system, so there is no need for formal “glitz” attire or years of pageant experience to participate.
More than crowns and sashes, our Lil’ Miss events are designed to celebrate confidence, personality, individuality, and community involvement. Contestants have the opportunity to step on stage, show off their favorite outfits, meet other kids, and take pride in themselves in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Winners are also invited to participate in appearances and volunteer opportunities throughout the community, helping teach the importance of giving back and making a difference.
We are also proud to offer scholarship opportunities, helping these young participants continue growing, learning, and dreaming beyond the pageant stage. Whether your child is brand new to pageants or already loves being in the spotlight, our goal is for every contestant to leave feeling proud, celebrated, and confident. At Lil’ Miss, every child deserves a chance to sparkle!
